We provide a warm, nurturing and loving atmosphere for girls removed from their family setting. We understand the need to have a safe and secure environment for a child facing such a life changing experience. Residents have a room that is shared with their child. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser, crib and a bedside stand with a lamp for night reading. Each bedroom is a minimum of 75 square feet of space per family unit. Residents and their babies are eligible to remain in the home until they are 21 years of age. The facility is set-up in a group home model designed to offer each girl their own bedroom and bathroom space but residents must share communal space such as the living room, library, kitchen and dining area. The home provides teen mothers with the therapeutic, academic and emotional support and skills needed to become supportive parents, exellent students and productive members of society.
